Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges
Customer error, dissatisfaction, no longer wanting a product or any other reason for wanting to return a product other than Landscaper Outlet's documented error will not be accepted. Items in the customer's possession for longer than 14 days will not be accepted for return. There are no returns on special order/made to order items (ie. outdoor furniture, concrete items).
All returns and cancellations are entirely at the discretion of Landscaper Outlet.
Landscaper Outlet accepts no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification.
Returns, Cancellations and Exchange Terms
All cancellations and returns must be authorized by Landscaper Outlet, and an Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be issued and used when returning products or they will be denied. Please See Return Authorization Number section on how to obtain an RA#.
Once an item is shipped it can no longer be canceled.
All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We will not accept returns on any opened, used or modified merchandise.
Returns and cancellations are solely determined by Landscaper Outlet.
All returns will receive a refund once the returned item is received by Landscaper Outlet and inspected.
There are no refunds or credits on shipping or handling charges. In the case of a return, the return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only; settlement of all claims is subject to manufacturer's waiting period to allow inspection of warranted goods.
Return Authorization Number (RA#)
All return items require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To get an RA#, call Customer Service at 1-(855)-526-3688. Please mark your package clearly with your RA# when returning your product. Landscaper Outlet is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer's name, address and RA#) on or in the box/packaging.
