Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges
LandscaperOutlet.com customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Please contact us immediately if you receive a product other than what you ordered, your order is incomplete or damaged and we will work with you to remedy the situation. Customer error, dissatisfaction, no longer wanting a product or any other reason for wanting to return a product other than LandscaperOutlet.com's documented error will not be accepted. Items in the customer's possession for longer than 14 days will not be accepted for return. There are no returns on special order/made to order items (ie. bronze statues, outdoor furniture, concrete items).
All returns and cancellations are entirely at the discretion of LandscaperOutlet.com.
LandscaperOutlet.com accepts no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification.
LandscaperOutlet.com recommends professional installation for every product we sell.
Returns, Cancellations and Exchange Terms
- All cancellations and returns must be authorized by LandscaperOutlet.com, and an Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be used when returning products or they will be denied. Please See Return Authorization Number section on how to obtain an RA#.
- Once an item is shipped it can no longer be canceled.
- All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- We will not accept returns on any opened, used or modified merchandise.
- Returns and cancellations are solely determined by LandscaperOutlet.com.
- Returns are for merchandise credit only.
- There are no refunds or credits on shipping or handling charges. In the case of a return, the return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
- There are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds on any item that is listed as "special order”. Full payment is required when ordering "special order" items.
- Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only; settlement of all claims is subject to manufacturer's waiting period to allow inspection of warranted goods.
Return Authorization Number (RA#)
All return items require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To get an RA#, email us at customerservice@LandscaperOutlet.com. Please provide your contact information or user login, order number, and reason for return. We'll call or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA#. Please mark your package clearly with your RA# when returning your product. LandscaperOutlet.com is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer's name, address and RA#) on or in the box/packaging.
