How Can I pay for my order?
Landscaper Outelt accepts all major credit cards issued by US banks, online through the Secure Pay and Paypal systems and over the phone.
Can I make a purchase without a credit card?
We are sorry but at this time we do not offer any other forms of payment.
Does Landscaper Outlet ship Cash On Delivery (COD) as form of payment?
We are sorry but at this time we do not offer cash on delivery (COD) as a form of payment, nor do we accept non-US credit cards.
When am I billed for my order?
All orders are billed at the time they are placed.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
All New York State orders are subject to sales tax.
How quickly will my order get processed?
Orders are filled during business hours only, in the order they are received.
How will my order ship?
Your item will either ship via UPS or Truck Freight. Pickups are daily and tracking numbers are emailed to you when your order is billed.
How do larger items / heavy items (ie Fountains) ship?
Larger / Heavy items ship via truck freight. The time frame for larger items vary and the shipping information for such items can be found on the items product page under the shipping and availability tabs.
What happens if my item is backordered?
In the case of a back ordered item, you will be notified and have the option to wait or cancel your order.
How long does the entire order process take?
In stock items ship with in 2-3 business days. All custom orders (i.e. fountains, statuary, planters) take 4-6 weeks.
Can I return an item that was damaged during the installation process?
Landscaper Outlet accepts no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification. We recommend professional installation for every product we sell.
Can I return my item for a full refund?
Your item can be returned within 14 days of when your item is billed. "Special Ordered" items can not be returned or exchanged for credit. All returns must have an RA# issued.
Can I cancel my order if my item already shipped?
Once an item shipped it can no longer be canceled.
Is there a restocking fee if I return my item?
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Can I return my item if it is opened?
We will not accept returns on any opened, used or modified merchandise.
Can I cancel or return special order items?
There are no exchanges or refunds on any item that is listed as "Special Order". Any special order may be cancelled if the item has not been placed into production.

You received your item and there was a discrepancy or it was damaged?
Landscaper Outlet must be made aware of any and all discrepancies in your order within 48 hours of receipt.
